Join us for a lively panel about the value of partnerships in museums. Karen Kienzle, Director of the Palo Alto Art Center and Sharon Bliss, Associate Curator of the Fine Arts Gallery at San Francisco State University, will discuss the collaboration between their organizations that resulted in the Bibliophilia and The Illuminated Library exhibitions. Susan Leask, Acting Senior Curator at the San Jose Museum of Art, will discuss the Around the Table collaboration. Mario Diaz, Vice President at Wells Fargo Foundation, will present a funder’s perspective on collaborations between institutions.

Co-sponsored by the Museum Studies Program at San Francisco State University and the Museum Studies Special Interest Group.

Where should I park?
With the renovation of the Main Library, parking at the Art Center has been temporarily reduced. Please use the parking lot at the eastern side of the building (near the Auditorium and/or Temporary Main Library). To access this lot, use the Embarcadero Road entrance, or from Newell Road, drive to the back of the building.
